Refund and Returns Policy

At BVMJ, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we are here to assist you with a hassle-free return or refund.

🧾 Return Eligibility

✅ You can request a return or refund if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
  • The item is returned to our official return address

❌ You are not eligible for a return or refund if:

  • You have used the product and then changed your mind
  • You submit a return request after 7 days without prior notice
  • The product was damaged or altered after delivery
  • You refused the delivery without a valid reason

🛑 Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Personal care or intimate products
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital downloads or gift cards

💰 Refund Process

Once your return is received:

  • We will inspect it within 2–3 business days
  • If approved, a full refund will be issued via bKash/Nagad or your preferred payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.

🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive store credit for the returned item’s value
  • A gift certificate will be emailed or mailed after approval

If the gift was not sent directly to you, refunds will go to the original buyer.
